Our asset management business is geared towards optimizing the real estate assets of the group and also provides asset management services to other landlords. Through our hybrid model of long term leasing, holiday home rentals, in-house maintenance and housekeeping services,

we deliver higher revenue at more optimised cost points thereby generating higher return on investments for our group and clients.

Our Development Company is focused on building world-class projects. Our client base is diverse and we understand that different clients require different solutions. At the heart of our strategy is to deliver each project based on the day-to-day requirements and aspirations of the target client base for that specific project.

The company has started off with 3 projects in the up and coming neighbourhood of JVC. These projects are being developed for our own group assets. The company intends to also extend it’s development expertise to third-party landlords wishing to develop their own assets in the future.
